Commons fill out the binder. The last slot in every pack rolls for the chase: ultra rare around 1 in 25 packs, legendary around 1 in 100. Tilt one with your mouse to see how the foil moves.

Quality
Same card, different float
Every pull rolls a quality between 0 and 1. CS2-style condition bands (Good, Excellent, Near Mint, Mint, Gem Mint) sit on top, so two Mint copies of the same card will salvage and trade for different amounts.

What makes a card unique
Foils, shinies, and a serial number on every pull
Rares and up have foils. Around 1 in 500 cards rolls shiny on top of that, a prismatic overlay you can see at a glance. Every pull, common or legendary, is stamped with a global serial number when it mints. Two Gem Mint shiny legendaries with serials #1 and #837 are not the same card.

One secret rare per set, off the roster
Secret rares don't appear in your dex until you pull one. The pull rate is rare enough that most collectors will never see one.
A figure or place each set's lore implies but never shows. Off-roster, so they don't count toward set completion. Pull one and the global community gets pinged.
